Guns and Rifles

With the purchase of a Murdoch and Co. Firearm you receive:

The opportunity to purchase spare parts for your inventory.

One free 12-month full service locked in price at time of purchase.

So long as the firearm remains with first owner or passed down within family.

This means that if you purchase your rifle today with an example service price of $500. Then so long as it remains in your care or your family then your grandson can have that same rifle serviced for $500 and not the current service price for newly sold rifles that year.

Warranty begins on date of purchase from Murdoch and Co. plus 7 days for non-custom rifles and rifle finish date plus 7 days for custom rifles. Not delivery / transfer date of product to customer from FFL.

Our new rifle warranty includes:

One free 12 month service.

One free barrel replacement.

24 month replacement of working parts due to any failures caused by normal use and wear.

With a 12 month service your rifle will receive:

Detailed cleaning.

Specification of working parts.

Springs tested and replaced as needed.

Barrel cleaned and bore scoped.

Full polish of stock and exterior.

What’s not covered in this servicing:

Patching normal wear and tear not covered.

Damage to custom engraving not covered.

Stock – Within 90 days if stock splits, fails or wood cracks then a replacement non custom stock is free for first replacement.

Custom Stock – within 6 months. If stock splits, fails or wood cracks due to bad wood then we will replace it once at a discounted rate with our choice of wood blank – We will match this best to your rifle.

What’s not covered / will void warranty.

Case and accessories are not covered in anyway.

Use of reloaded / non standard specification ammunition.

Change of any component voids warranty to that component and any part that contacts it.

Use of suppressor that causes catastrophic damage or abnormal / accelerated wear.

Modification to furniture or application of paint.

Cosmetic damage in transport, occurring at transferring FFL or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.

*This warranty does not encompass receiver / upper and lower kits.*

Receiver, Components and Accessories

To include parts, Flash hiders, Upper and lower kits. Or any non completed firearm and/or accessory sold by Murdoch and Co.

Our guarantee is simple, if you purchased on of our products and you are not happy or convinced that they are the highest quality, you may contact us to begin your worry free return.

If you purchased from a third party vendor, proof of original purchase, certificate of authenticity and receipt is necessary. Not applicable to used or secondhand market purchases of our products.

Secondhand and Customized Product Return Policy

Very rarely, if at all, do companies accept returns on customized or used products. Here at Murdoch and Co., we stand by our products regardless of who has owned them or what customizations have been done.

Our products do not become less valuable or desirable but rather join our legacy as a reflection of what makes our company special — you our customer. Thus, Murdoch and Co. has established our secondhand customized product return policy.

For completed Rifles

70% money back within 30 days. No questions asked.

40% indefinite buy-back, must be in working order and subject to inspection.

For Accessories and Receivers

30% indefinite buy-back, must be in working order and subject to inspection prior.

This ensures our customers may purchase our products with full confidence.

Clothing and Accessories

All sales under our ‘Clothing and Accessories’ category are final.

Pre Order and Down Payment Policy

By Placing a Pre-Order you are reserving a serial number of your choice.

Your selected Down Payment is non refundable.

Remaining amount is due at shipping date of rifle.

You understand the current timeline can be extended to allow Murdoch and Co. to deliver a perfected product.

Your funds pay for your chosen pre-order item. No other product or part of the company.

You may cancel your Pre-order request at any time but understand you will not receive; a refund on your down payment, your pre order item.

Shipping Policy

Murdoch and Co. Ships our FFL items via UPS Next day and all other items via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex.

Please allow up to 7 days for FFL Items to be dispatched.

Please allow up to 10 working days for non custom items to be dispatched and custom items 10 business days after notification of finished customization is complete.

Murdoch and Co, LLC does not refund or replace items lost in the mail. Please contact us and we will deal with this on a case by case basis. Although we are not required we will do our best to replace or refund the item.
